Michael Domingo

President

Mike Domingo started his Insurance career over 30 years ago in the Life Insurance market. In 1996, he went to work for one of the first Medicare HMO’s in Louisiana. While assisting with Medicare options, he realized the need for financial planning in the senior population. The number one priority with these clients was safety of their retirement income.

Mike, with the help of Dawn Luquet-Smith, was one of the first advisors in Louisiana to offer financial planning seminars. They were able to help countless families make the best choice for both their Medicare and Retirement planning needs.

Today, Domingo & Associates has over 100 highly trained and ethical advisors dedicated to providing workshops, seminars and individual advice to our Senior population.

Dawn Luquet-Smith

Vice-President

Dawn Luquet-Smith started her Insurance career over 30 years ago as an Employee Benefit Consultant under the mentorship of her father, Earl Luquet.

She found her passion for the retiree market in 1996 when she began working with Medicare Advantage plans. Dawn and Mike’s commitment to the Senior population was the impetus for developing Senior Financial Seminars.

Educating the Senior population on their Medicare and Retirement planning options is of utmost importance to Dawn.

As Vice-President of Domingo & Associates, she is also responsible for training and assisting their over 100 advisors.

Linda Mills

Office Manager

Linda Mills was brought out of retirement after 37 years as Administrative Assistant at LSU Medical School.

Her organizational skills and attention to detail are invaluable to our Agency. She is the welcoming voice you will be greeted with when you call our office or walk in our doors.
